We are so lucky that the location of Clifton Old Bar means that even during the recent “lock down” our residents were able to exercise their body and minds with a morning walk along the beach. As one resident posted on Facebook, ‘It’s just so important to be active, especially at times like this’, and we couldn’t agree more!

Now, with restrictions having eased off, our community of residents are excited to make full use of Clifton Old Bar’s wonderful resort facilities. On any given day you might find the craft room a whir with activity, laughter around the darts board and putting green or the lads having their regular Sunday bowls morning.

Recently we had our lovely Croquet coach, Lynette join us for a few handy tips and to get us on our way with a mini Croquet comp and morning tea that we know will become a regular on the calendar. The morning was filled with friendly rivalry as memories were created and lasting friendships built.
