2023 is set to be a big year for Clifton Yamba! We have completed all bulk earthworks, Stage 1 and 2 civil works will be completed imminently, and we are just about to kick off construction of our communal facilities and first homes with our appointed build partners, Single Builders.
The team at family-owned Single Builders are highly reputable builders with over 30 years’ experience in constructing high-quality homes. We are excited to be working with them and are confident that they are going to build outstanding homes and facilities for our Clifton Yamba community.
It won’t be long now until our first homes are ready for settlement and handover, and until our beautiful resort-style communal facilities will be ready for use by our residents – we can’t wait to share progress photos with you shortly!
