Construction of Clifton Yamba commenced in 2021, with the first phase being the earthworks to prepare the site. The next step as we move into 2022, will be the civil works which brings power, electricity, water and eventually roads into our site.
Once the civil works have been completed, we will then commence construction of our stunning resort-style communal facilities which include a magnificent Clubhouse, swimming pool, bowling green, cinema, sports bar, croquet lawn and lots more!
