Our construction team is making remarkable progress on site, and we are thrilled to announce that our first completed Stage 1 homes will be ready for handover next month. The momentum is truly building, with a significant number of homes across our early stages currently under construction.
While the majority of our homes in the first 4 stages are spoken for, we still have a limited number of coveted 1 and 2-bedroom homes available. These homes are expected to be completed early in 2024.

In addition to the ongoing construction of our Stage 1 and 2 homes, our civil works for Stages 3, 4, and 5 are well underway. This ensures that our fantastic home building momentum will continue throughout the second half of this year and beyond!
Furthermore, it’s a delight to see our streetscapes starting to take shape. The installation of landscaping has commenced, and the sight of trees and shrubs taking root is quite the sight.
