It has been a busy few months at Clifton Yamba. We have welcomed so many new residents into their beautiful new homes, and we’re making great strides on the building front. The construction of homes is happening at a rapid pace, and it is rewarding to see the streets quickly filling with completed homes.
We are expecting all Stage 1 and Stage 2 homes to be completed and handed over soon, with homes for Stages 3 and beyond following closely behind. Meanwhile, the civil works for Stages 3 to 5 have been completed, and Stage 6 Civils are now underway. Exciting progress is also being made with our communal facilities. This month, the slab for the clubhouse was poured, bringing us one step closer to having this beautiful facility open and available for enjoyment by our community!
Sales Update
The Stage 5 homes were released just over a month ago, and have already sold out! This strong demand means that we will soon be releasing Stage 6 homes, the last release for this year. We strongly encourage anyone interested in purchasing a home in our community to communicate their interest to Piere so that she can ensure she has all your details and information ahead of our Stage 6 release in the coming weeks. For those who are interested, Piere can also talk you through the benefits of our Clifton Early Access Club, which allows access to home selection prior to the general public release. We want to ensure that we do our best to meet your requests for home selection and timings, and that no one misses out, so get in touch soon!
