While our builders have been very busy on-site with the construction work to create the Clifton Yamba physical community, Piere and our “early settlers” have been laying their own foundations for our social community.
Last month we had a series of fabulous Clifton Yamba events.
Firstly, we held a highly enjoyable Happy Hour evening for our purchasers and Early Access Club members, with everyone getting to know each other and beginning to form the bonds that we know will last for years to come. These fun events are a great insight into how much friendships and relationships matter to a fulfilling and thriving social community.
Other than the enjoyment of forming the social connections, we know that belonging to groups, communities, or just “being involved”, is regarded as the number one reason people age well!
In addition to our Happy Hour, we also recently held a Morning Tea Information Session at Yamba Golf & Country Club. The session included a presentation from Brandon Bourke, Director, LJ Hooker Maclean, who spoke about his experience with people considering downsizing. Then our Clifton Yamba Community Sales Manager, Piere Kelly, spoke about the financial advantages of Land Lease Communities, provided a construction update on the development and some key insights into the benefits of community living. It was a wonderful opportunity for those interested in finding out more about Clifton to have their questions answered in an intimate setting.
