We were so thrilled to welcome over 90 guests to our Clifton Yamba Information Morning last month at Yamba Golf & Country Club.
After a welcome glass of champagne and a hearty morning tea, our Directors, Kenny Phillips and Richard Volpe welcomed everyone and spoke about the Clifton Lifestyle mission and values, as well as their vision for Clifton Yamba. Our vibrant Community Sales Manager, Piere Kelly spoke about the lifestyle on offer in a Lifestyle Village, sharing some interesting facts from the Blue Zone Research which shows just how important being part of a community has proven to not just longevity, but aging well too.
Next up was our Guest Speaker, Rachel Lane one of Australia’s leading retirement experts. She shared her top advice for Downsizers; to do your research, and crunch the numbers for every decision open to you. Her insight into the industry, and some of her examples were really eye opening and most of us felt like we had come away learning an enormous amount! After Rachel’s presentation, we opened the floor up for a lively Question Time, where our Directors and Rachel answered many questions from the audience.
