We are happy to announce that we have broken ground on our exciting new Clifton Lifestyle community in Yamba. This is a significant milestone on our journey to building our dream for an unrivalled lifestyle resort for over 55s on the North Coast of NSW!
Our construction team are well underway with the initial construction works, which includes site clearing and bulk earthworks. All works have been progressing smoothly at this early stage, and we are aiming to start construction of our communal facilities and first homes in mid-2022.
We will be launching our Clifton Yamba Sales Office soon, at which point we will release floorplans, site maps and all the other information we know you are eager to see!
