As we close the door on 2023, we are delighted with the progress made at Clifton Yamba this past year. Our first residents are sowing the seeds of a friendly, welcoming and vibrant community with over 50 people now calling Clifton home! We have completed our stylish Display Homes, the civil works are finalised all the way up to Stage 7, and the construction programme is on track to deliver our stunning communal facilities and three new stage releases in 2024.
2024 – looking ahead
Our team will be taking a short break over the Holiday Season and re-opening the office on 15th January which will see the release of Stage 7 homes. This will be a “locational stage” with direct access to our magnificent resort-style facilities; the Clubhouse, pool & spa, bowling green, sports bar and more!
We will also be officially launching our new Display Homes, so if you are considering purchasing a home at Clifton Yamba in 2024, we encourage you to take a wander through and view the designs, quality and craftmanship that we pride ourselves on.
