As a member, you’ll gain access to stage plans, pricing, floor plans, and home designs before they’re released to the market. This ensures you have plenty of time to review your options and choose your preferred home.
Membership also provides the reassurance of securing your home at a set price, as well as the opportunity to select from the first homes available in each stage. Members will be invited to exclusive events as the project progresses toward settlement.
Joining is simple – a fully refundable deposit of $1,000 secures your place in the Early Access Club. If you decide to wait for a future stage, your deposit can be deferred or refunded at your request, no questions asked.
