Firstly, we want to extend our heartfelt thoughts to everyone impacted by this unprecedented weather event. Our deepest sympathies go out to the individuals, families and communities affected.
Clifton Taree has weathered the storm with resilience. Thanks to the thoughtful design and diligent execution of our civil works, the site was not affected by the flooding—even in the face of what has been described as a one-in-500-year weather event.
With minimal delays to the construction schedule, we are on track to deliver first homes in early 2026.
