We are pleased to share that the Clifton Taree construction project is progressing well, keeping us on track to deliver the first stage of homes in 2025.
Last month, we commenced bulk earthworks and civil construction on site. This essential phase involves establishing the infrastructure for the development, including pipes, electricity, and, eventually, roads.
Our construction team is working hard to get the sewer and stormwater systems underway before the Christmas holiday period.
Additionally, our bush revegetation contractor has begun rehabilitation works on the riparian corridor that weaves through the site. Once complete, this natural feature will enhance the community with its lush vegetation and ecological significance.
As part of this first stage, we’re also excited to construct the front gate entry statement, delivering on our vision of a welcoming resort entrance with gated, restricted access for residents. Below is an image showcasing what this entry will look like upon completion.
