We are happy to announce that construction on our new community at Clifton Taree is officially underway!
The construction team is currently busy with site preparation, which includes clearing the area and performing bulk earthworks. The next stage will involve civil works, including the installation of essential infrastructure such as pipes, electricity, and roads.
Later in the year we are expecting to begin construction of the communal facilities, including the heart of the community, our Clubhouse. The first homes are due for settlement in the first half of 2025.
