It was great to see Liz and Ross, residents at our sister resort, Clifton Old Bar interviewed in this article about the benefits of living in a land lease community. Some of the benefits Liz and Ross described were:
- Safety
- Not being lonely
- No entry or exit fees, no council rates to pay
- Less housework
- Being active and socialising
- Being busy with new activities including mahjong, music nights, happy hour at the Clubhouse, dinner with friends
“We’ve learned to play croquet, we’ve learned Mahjong. There are music nights, happy hour at the clubhouse and dinners with friends. We really fill up our days. To be honest it has surprised me how much I enjoy it here.” Liz
