We are very excited to announce that Stage 2 of Clifton Old Bar is now officially ‘on the market’!
Following enormous demand for Stage 1, we have had buyers queueing up to make reservations in Stage 2, which includes 26 new home sites.
The Stage 2 civil works will be starting immediately, and we will be commencing construction of Stage 2 homes in the first quarter of 2020.
Our beautiful communal facilities including the clubhouse, gym, pool and bowling green will be delivered this year when Stage 1 is completed, so Stage 2 buyers will be able to enjoy a resort-style lifestyle from the very first day that they move into Clifton Old Bar.

We have recently been fielding a lot of questions and inquiries about future price increases at Clifton Old Bar.
We understand that this is important information for those that are planning a move into our community, so we wanted to let you know that Clifton Old Bar’s special introductory pricing will run for another 2 months, until Monday 9th December. After this date, prices will be rising by $10,000 for the majority of homes in our range, and by $15,000 for our largest home model, the California Dreamin’.
Anyone who exchanges contracts prior to 9th December will still benefit from the current pricing, so be sure to act now to secure your dream home at today’s special prices!
