As 2021 draws to a close, we celebrate the huge and significant year we have had as a community at Clifton Old Bar.

We have filled our days with beach walks, sunrises, outdoor exercise, indoor tea and coffee dates, games of croquet, beginners (and pros!) bowls games and lots of laughter and joy!

On the construction side, we can’t believe how much progress has been made this year!

• Stage 2 homes are well and truly complete
• Stage 3 construction is progressing fast and will be complete in early 2022; and
• Stage 4 roads are under construction and the homes are scheduled to begin soon.

With all homes in Stages 1-3 sold out, and only a few sites remaining in Stage 4, we look forward to releasing Stage 5 homes to the market very soon.
